Basics of English commercial law: Graham Roberts covers the legal background to the taking of mortgages, the implications of insolvency, and danger areas in English commercial law such as taking security over the matrimonial home to secure business borrowings and the financial assistance rules.

Graham Roberts is a Professorial Fellow at Queen Mary, University of London and a senior teaching fellow in the University College London Faculty of Laws.
He has authored the two mainstream texts Law Relating to International Banking and Law Relating to Financial Services. Both of these books are widely used by lawyers, bankers and students of banking law.
